The Sony HTSS360 5.1 channel Home Theater System in Black provides a high definition experience. This new 1080p A / V receiver HDMI pass-through and 1080/24p capability thus supports the latest HD sources (eg, Blu-ray and PlayStation 3). The STR-DH500 HD connectivity does not stop there. HD has 5 inputs and providing enough options at a cheap price. Finally, the STR-DIGITAL MEDIA DH500 port entrance flexibility extends to playback music from various audio sources (eg iPod, Walkman Digital, a Bluetooth device or PC) with one of the various accessories (sold separately).In general, this receiver is a good value for money, but not all. Many of the features you'd expect from an A / V together in this unit. For example - only supports HDMI pass, which means that passing the signal to your TV or projector, but if you want sound through your speakers 5.1, you must connect separate audio receiver. The receiver does not pull the HDMI audio feed, even if the cable port. Even if you connect analog sources (RCA or component) to the receiver, the receiver will not run through the HDMI output. You need an analog output of the receiver to run on your TV or projector to carry the signal from these sources. I'm still happy with this device, and not only as a solution without interruption, as one would expect from a home theater receiver, and many of the features I took for granted, when I looked at all the elements proved to be false assumptions.

This was the best value for an HDMI surround system I bought Sony HTSS360 5.1 channel Home Theater System for my parents. The excellent sound quality is clear and easy to overheating, not the degraded image quality using the tickets. Definitely recommend.
